The Roles:

Registered & Enrolled Nurses, AINs, Clinical Care Coordinators, Facility/Service Managers, Case Managers/Social Workers, Allied Health Therapists, and other specialist aged care teams.

Day to day,



you'll be doing things like comprehensive clinical assessments, care planning, medication management, family and carer liaison, and mentoring junior staff — tailored to the team and level you're stepping into.

About you:

You're an experienced aged care professional or clinical or operational. We'd love to hear from:

- Registered Nurses (AHPRA)
- Enrolled Nurses (AHPRA)
- Social Workers (AASW eligible)
- AINs, Care Coordinators, Case Managers and Facility/Service Managers with relevant aged care experience
- Individual requirements: certs, vaccines, checks dependent on position
