Your New Role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll take ownership of pricing across a mix of production and custom builds, working across the full estimating lifecycle.

- Accurate sales and production estimating across a mix of volume and higher end custom builds
- Support the Estimating Manager on more complex jobs while running standard pricing independently
- Work closely with the design, sales and construction teams as well as trades and suppliers





What You'll Need to Succeed

- Minimum 2 years in a residential estimating role
- Databuild experience essential, Evolve exposure highly regarded
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
