We are looking for 6 experienced and motivated RC Diamond Drillers to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

Pay Rate - $up to $70.00 per hour may be adaptable on this

The Role as an RC/ Diamond Driller, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently carrying out drilling operations while maintaining high standards of production, sample quality and equipment care.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating and maintaining RC/diamond drilling equipment safely and efficiently
- Completing drilling programs to a high standard and within required timeframes
- Maintaining accurate drilling records, logs and sample quality
- Conducting daily pre-starts, inspections and basic maintenance
- Working closely with supervisors, geologists and other crew members
- Identifying and reporting hazards, equipment issues and ground conditions
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Following company procedures, site requirements and safety standards

What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is:

- Experienced in RC and diamond drilling
- Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team




- Capable of working independently and making sound decisions in the field
- Experienced with remote mining operations
- Committed to maintaining high drilling and sampling standards
- Mechanically minded and proactive with equipment care
- Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding field conditions
