About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong hands-on knowledge of the construction industry to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing construction projects from planning through to completion, working closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, site teams, and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who understands construction, knows how sites operate, can read and interpret plans and scopes, understands construction sequencing, and is confident managing trades and contractors on site.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction, maintenance, fit-out, and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate trades, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Read and understand construction plans, drawings, and scopes.




- Identify issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage variations, defects, RFIs, and project handovers.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong practical knowledge of construction, trades, and site operations.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Confident managing contractors and subcontractors.
- Robust communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
- Construction qualification or trade background highly regarded.
