We are seeking a creative and driven Videographer / Content Creator to join a market-leading real estate business, producing engaging video content across property, brand and agent marketing.

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role covering everything from property campaigns and listing videos through to short-form social content, brand videos and personalised content for individual sales agents. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life, showcase properties at their best and continue to elevate the profiles of both the agency and its agents.

About the Role:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality property videos for listings and campaigns
- Create engaging social media content including reels, walkthroughs, and short-form video
- Capture before & after transformation content for renovations and styling improvements
- Attend property shoots alongside photographers, agents, and marketing teams
- Produce lifestyle-driven content that enhances property presentation and buyer engagement
- Manage video editing, colour grading, and final delivery of marketing assets




- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align content with campaign strategy
- Ensure all visual content reflects brand standards and maximises buyer interest

About You:

- Experience in videography, content creation, or real estate media (preferred)
- Strong video editing skills and understanding of social media trends
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling
- Passion for property, marketing, and creative content production
