Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:

- Act prudently, ethically and lawfully.
- Communicate effectively with line managers and Division Head, including consultation with them and taking appropriate direction from them.
- Employ best practice in the execution of work, focusing on achieving outcomes, ensuring that decisions are made by appropriately qualified and experienced persons, and taking judicious risks
- Provide clarity on roles & responsibilities.
- Encourage transparency and truthfulness.
- Encourage collaboration and communication.

Experience/Skills Sought:

- Be a Chartered Professional Engineer of a registered Professional Engineering Body (such as Engineers Australia) equivalent, or be able to attain chartered status.
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications Engineering or other equivalent experience.




- Robust interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in leadership and management roles, and an ability to coach and guide teams in the implementation of strategy and change.

SFIA Skills Sought:
The deployment, integration, calibration, tuning and maintenance of radio frequency (RF) and analogue elements of IT systems.

RFEN Level 4:
Investigates and resolves system-wide fault conditions using a wide range of diagnostic tools and techniques. Reconfigures equipment to circumvent temporary outages.
