- Hands-on role partnering with managers and frontline teams across 42 sites
- Full-time or 4-day opportunity based in Sutherland, with flexibility following probation

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Health & Safety, you will coordinate injury management, workers compensation and return to work activities across Sylvanvale.
Managing approximately 10–15 active claims at any one time, you will work closely with managers, support workers, payroll and external stakeholders to support positive and sustainable return to work outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate workers compensation claims and return to work activities
- Develop return to work plans and suitable duties arrangements
- Work with site managers to identify appropriate duties and locations for returning employees
- Maintain claims documentation, reporting and the return to work register
- Partner with payroll on workers compensation requirements
- Prepare monthly workers compensation reporting
- Deliver WHS and injury management training to managers and frontline employees
- Undertake regular site visits and support broader WHS initiatives

About You
You will be highly organised, confident working with people at all levels and comfortable balancing claims administration with hands-on stakeholder engagement.
You will ideally bring:

- 3–4+ years' experience across WHS, injury management or workers compensation
- Experience managing return to work and workers compensation processes
- Strong organisation, documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence delivering training to managers and frontline teams
- Experience in disability, healthcare, aged care or community services is highly regarded
- Relevant WHS or Return to Work certification is advantageous but not essential
