Job Description

What you'll be doing:

Be an integral part of our restaurant and banquets kitchen team

Wash kitchen equipment and crockery to a high standard

Use dishwashing machinery and cleaning chemicals safely

Maintain excellent cleanliness of the kitchens and food outlets

Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met at all times

Smooth operation of the loading bay, relocating deliveries & waste disposal bins

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role:

Full availability & flexibility to work variety of shifts across the week

Able to get to work at various hours (own transport is highly recommended, parking is provided)

A professional attitude and strong work ethic





Ability to perform in a team and autonomously

Experience in high-volume and fast-paced restaurants

Physically fit and able to lift 10kgs safely
