About the Role
This is a highly visible Finance Manager role supporting operations, combining financial stewardship with genuine commercial partnering. You'll work closely with operational leaders across global and Australia to drive financial performance, improve reporting and controls, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting for entities, including board reporting packs and forecasts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders internationally and across other business units, operating effectively across time zones
- Bring a commercial lens to pricing, contract and margin discussions, going beyond standard reporting to actively shape business decisions
- Oversee statutory reporting, external audit coordination, tax compliance (income tax, sales and use tax, withholding tax)




- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, including support for ERP implementations and system upgrades
- Mentor finance team members and build relationships across international finance teams and business units

About You

- CA or CPA qualified, with 5+ years' experience in finance, accounting or commercial finance roles
- Background within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm and/or a multinational corporate environment
- Exposure multi-currency reporting environments, ERP implementation or finance transformation projects highly regarded
- Robust financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilities
- Experience managing statutory compliance and external audit processes
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
