We are seeking an onsite Skilled Leadinghand for a well established pool building and landscaping business, servicing sites across Greater Brisbane.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and service, so an eye for detail, passion for quality, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional client service are paramount.

Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Construction Industry White Card

• Current QLD Driver’s License

• Minimum 3 years Site Supervisor, Foreman, or leading hand experience (current)

And the following attributes:

• Demonstrated skills in all aspects of Hard and Softscaping experience incl. concrete swimming pool construction, decorative concreting and fencing.

• Team leading skills

• Managing a project from start to finish, including ordering correct quantities of plans.





• Eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Problem solving and ability to work well with both clients and team members

• Initiative and ability to lead by example with a adaptable, pragmatic attitude

• Ability to work autonomously or positively within a team, engaging well with staff/clients/subcontractors.
