Join Our Team as a Bookkeeper!

Whether you're just starting out with a Cert IV in Bookkeeping or you've got years of client bookkeeping under your belt, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our team in Burleigh Waters and take ownership of client accounts across a variety of industries.

WHO WE ARE

We're an established Gold Coast accounting practice with over 20 years in the industry, providing bookkeeping, tax advisory, and compliance services, alongside dedicated financial planning, finance broking, and insurance broking teams. We're predominantly a Xero firm, though our client base means you'll also get exposure to other platforms, including MYOB.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for a portfolio of clients

• Processing payroll, including STP, super, and PAYG obligations

• Preparing and lodging BAS

• Setting up new client files in Xero

• Liaising directly with clients on their day-to-day bookkeeping queries

• General data entry and account maintenance

ABOUT YOU

• Cert IV in Bookkeeping (or working towards one) is ideal, but we're open to considering your overall experience

• Confident working in Xero; exposure to MYOB or other platforms is a bonus

• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deadlines at once

• A good communicator who's friendly and professional with clients and colleagues

• Organised, accurate, and takes pride in getting the detail right

• Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
