With a 60‑person team and a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility, they pride ourselves on precision, reliability and customer responsiveness.

They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead engineering, drafting, fabrication and project delivery functions. This senior role ensures effective workflows, margin‑controlled project delivery and high‑quality outputs across the organisation. You’ll work closely with the MD/GM and Senior Management Team to strengthen operational rhythm, project governance and whole‑of‑business coordination.

What you’ll lead:

- Engineering, drafting and project teams

- Workflow efficiency, scheduling and operational rhythm

- Project delivery, budgets, margins and risk management





- Cross‑functional alignment across fabrication, procurement and administration

- Team leadership, safety, performance and culture

What you bring:

- Strong engineering, operations or project management background

- Proven leadership of technical teams in manufacturing or industrial environments

- Ability to oversee scoping, scheduling, costings and margin control

- Calm, credible leadership with strong communication and problem‑solving skills

- Values‑driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement
