The role working closely with an experienced Strata Manager, you’ll provide day‑to‑day support across a portfolio of buildings while developing your career in strata.

Your Duties:

- Assist the Strata Community Manager with the day to day management of the portfolio
- Provide support to our clients, which may be owners, onsite caretakers or committee members
- Document preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform - agendas and minutes




- Client interactions - emails and phone calls.
- Distribution of correspondence. Attend meetings, where required
- Arranging quote requests and work orders for maintenance requests and compliance requirements

About You:

- Experience in strata administration, real estate, or property management is desirable, but not essential
- Alternatively, you bring strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in the property/strata sector
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong written skills with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence
- Resilient, organised, and able to work to deadlines
- High level of personal presentation and strong verbal communication
