About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused Coordinator, International Student Experience to coordinate and deliver a range of international engagement activities, student mobility programs, partner visits, and promotional initiatives for the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment. Working closely with international partners, Faculty stakeholders, Schools, and qualified staff across the University, you will play a key role in enhancing the international student experience by planning, promoting, and evaluating programs that foster global learning opportunities, meaningful engagement, and strong international partnerships.
As a Coordinator, International Student Experience, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver international engagement activities, student mobility programs, partner visits, and related events that create positive and impactful participant experiences.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with international partners, Faculty stakeholders, Schools, and other University divisions to support successful program delivery.
- Develop and implement communication and promotional materials that effectively showcase international opportunities and encourage student participation.
- Analyse program outcomes, participant feedback, and operational data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with Faculty objectives.
To be successful, you will:
- A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex programs, projects, events, or stakeholder engagement activities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships, communicate persuasively, and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
