We are currently seeking experienced Chefs and Senior Chefs to join our team for assignments across a range of corporate, hospitality and premium catering venues in Brisbane.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, presentation and service.

Opportunities may include corporate dining, functions, events, boardroom catering and other premium hospitality venues across Brisbane.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in high-end corporate catering, 5-star hotels or fine dining services is essential
- Passion for producing exceptional food with an emphasis on presentation and attention to detail

Requirements

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Boardroom Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous-Chef or above
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP,



and WHS requirements
- Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable
- Demonstrated creativity, professionalism, reliability and the ability to work independently

Uniform Requirements

- Long-sleeved white chef jacket, chef pants, apron, chef hat, safety shoes and knives
