About the role

Delicious Dairies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further develop their career in sales. Working closely with our Owners and General Manager, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Generate new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face customer visits.

- Follow up customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

- Identify opportunities to increase sales across our product portfolio.





- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within our CRM system.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfilment.

- Assist with achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

About you

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

- Solid organisational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
