Dobsons has an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager at our Caroline Springs store, one of our busiest and most established locations!

We’re looking for an experienced, well-organised and driven retailer who leads from the front. You’ll be someone who connects easily with others, brings a strong work ethic, and is passionate about building a motivated, high-performing team. About the Role

- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment

- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve (and exceed) budgets

- Lead, motivate and develop your team to succeed

- Oversee stock management and visual merchandising standards

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

- Availability across trading hours - including school holidays peak periods

Skills & Experience

- A positive, energetic and hands-on leadership style

- Proven experience in retail management (fashion or apparel preferred)

- Robust track record in achieving KPIs and sales targets

- Excellent communication and organisational skills





- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- High standard of personal presentation
