Customer Service Administrator – Permanent Part‑Time (Flexible Job Share, 24 hrs/week)

Our Perth Glazing Branch in Kewdale is looking for a motivated, friendly and customer‑focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team. If you love helping people and want a role that offers genuine flexibility, balance and a positive work environment, this could be the perfect fit.

This is a permanent part‑time role offering 24 hours per week, structured as a job‑share between two Admin Assistants. You’ll work to provide coverage between 9am and 4pm, and together you can choose how to split the hours — full days or shorter shifts across the week. As long as coverage is met, we’re happy for you both to organise a pattern that works for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver warm, professional, first‑class customer service

- Keep customers updated on delivery time-frames and job progress

- Create job authorities, quotes and invoices using our internal systems

- Follow up on quotes, leads and return customer calls promptly

- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for invoices and updates

- Contribute to a positive team environment and help drive great customer outcomes

About You





You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You’ve likely worked in retail, administration or customer service, and you’re confident using computers and learning current systems.

You’ll bring:
