About the Role

We're looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic Peptide Consultant to join our growing team. This is a phone-based consultative sales role where you'll speak directly with prospective patients, understand their health and wellness goals, and guide them toward the right peptide protocols for their needs. You'll be the first point of contact for many clients, so a mix of genuine product knowledge, people skills, and sales drive is essential.

The peptide therapy space is expanding fast, and we need someone who's excited to grow with it — not just take calls, but actively convert enquiries into enrolled patients.

What You'll Do

- Conduct phone consultations with prospective patients to understand their health goals and preferred outcomes

- Screen and qualify leads based on suitability, medical history disclosures, and program fit

- Educate callers on peptide options, mechanisms, and realistic expectations (within scope/compliance guidelines)

- Guide qualified patients through enrollment and close sales





- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM

- Meet and exceed KPIs for call volume, conversion rate, and revenue targets

- Stay current on industry trends, recent peptide research, and competitor offerings

- Collaborate with clinical/medical staff to ensure smooth patient handoff

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated knowledge of peptides, wellness protocols, or related health/biohacking space (personal or professional experience considered)

- Proven sales or consultative sales experience — comfortable working toward targets

- Excellent phone manner: warm, confident, and persuasive without being pushy

- Strong listening skills to accurately assess patient goals and concerns

- Self-motivated and energized by working in a fast-growing, high-KPI environment

- Prior experience in telehealth, wellness sales, supplements, or a related field is a plus
