This is a diverse and rewarding coordination role where you'll help deliver exceptional training experiences for our clients and students. You'll be the central point connecting instructors, students, clients and internal teams, ensuring courses are well organised, communication is seamless and training runs efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

- Support clients and students by managing enquiries, bookings, quotations, purchase order and invoice tracking, and maintaining skilled communication throughout the training journey.
- Provide executive support to the Head of the LifeFlight Training Academy, including meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, reports, travel and correspondence.
- Maintain training administration by coordinating enrolments, student records, certificates, document control and routine RTO administration while supporting audits and compliance activities.
- Keep Academy operations running smoothly by coordinating facilities, visitor access, supplies, vehicles, equipment and supplier relationships, while assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the wider Academy team by providing training administration assistance and cross-coverage during peak periods and planned leave.

This is a permanent,

full-time opportunity to join a collaborative team and play an important role in the continued success and growth of the LifeFlight Training Academy. This role is currently based at the LifeFlight Training Academy in Brisbane, with a planned transition to our new purpose-built LifeFlight Training Academy on the Gold Coast in 2028.

About You

You're an organised, proactive professional who enjoys bringing people, schedules and processes together to deliver outstanding service.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and take pride in ensuring every detail is managed. Whether you're coordinating training, supporting clients or keeping administration on track, you're someone who follows through and gets things done.

You'll bring:

- At least three years' experience in administration, coordination, executive support or training operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine focus on client service.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and maintaining reports, registers and administrative systems.
- Experience preparing professional correspondence, proposals, meeting papers, minutes and business documentation.

- Experience working with an RTO, student management or learning management system.
- Project coordination or continuous improvement experience.
- Exposure to commercial administration, client relationship management or business support functions.
