Qualified well established, well known freight forwarding company with a long history in the logistics market who provide on-going training and progression.
The Position
- Receive and arrange export bookings and execute to delivery stage
- Lodge EDN's and PRA's
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Liaise with customers and provide updates on shipments
- Connect with shipping lines/airlines, transport companies
- Issuing export documentation, ensuring clearances are complete
The Requirements
- Must have 1 - 2 years' export experience in air or sea freight
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas offices and carriers
- Ability to communicate shipment status, delays, and exceptions
- Support customer retention
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident and effective communication skills
