What you’ll bring to the role:

- Qualifications in Civil Engineering (or related discipline/equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in civil infrastructure, construction and maintenance.
- Strong project delivery, procurement and contract management expertise.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, resources and performance.
- A track record of leading teams through change and continuous improvement.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen, sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.

Pre-employment requirements:

- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance not more than six months old
- White Card
- Proof of right to work in Australia
