The Company

We’re partnering with a respected provider in the healthcare and assistive technology sector, recognised for delivering clinical equipment and solutions that support patients, clinicians, and healthcare organisations across acute and rehabilitation settings.

With a strong reputation across the market and continued growth nationally, they are now looking to appoint a Product Specialist in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional with exposure to acute care, rehabilitation, medical devices or assistive technology, or an allied health professional looking to transition into a commercial role.

What You’ll Do

- Build strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Allied Health teams and key hospital stakeholders.

- Work closely with clinicians to understand complex patient requirements and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations, equipment trials and clinical education sessions within hospital and acute care environments.

- Develop and maintain relationships across hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and other key healthcare organisations.

- Manage and grow an established territory while identifying new opportunities and developing key clinical relationships.

- Support clinicians throughout the product selection and trial process, ensuring solutions are appropriate for the patient and clinical environment.

- Plan and manage your territory effectively, maintaining regular contact with key decision makers and clinical stakeholders.

- Represent the business professionally,



providing a consultative and solutions-focused approach to every interaction.

Who You Are

- Experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, rehabilitation, assistive technology or a related clinical setting.

- Robust understanding of acute care, hospital or rehabilitation environments.

- Alternatively, an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist looking to transition into a relationship-driven sales role.

- Confident communicating with clinicians and healthcare professionals at all levels.

- Strong clinical understanding with the ability to translate patient and clinical requirements into practical product solutions.

- Commercially minded, motivated and comfortable identifying and developing new opportunities.

- Organised, self-motivated and capable of managing a field-based territory autonomously.

- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.

- Full Australian working rights.
