About the role

As we continue to embed AI across the firm, we're looking for a Copilot Capability Specialist to build and sustain capability in Microsoft 365 Copilot, including agents, through practical and engaging learning experiences.

Working within the Innovation Group, you'll be a Copilot subject matter expert and help teams build confidence with Copilot by designing and delivering learning programs and resources from foundational through to advanced proficiency.

This is a hands-on role that combines learning, stakeholder engagement and AI enablement. You'll help teams adopt new ways of working through real-world, outcome-focused use cases, ensure they remain current with evolving Copilot capabilities and are equipped to apply their knowledge effectively, responsibly and consistently.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working and flexibility to be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging Copilot training programs, workshops and learning experiences for Business Enablement teams.
- Deliver work-type based training sessions and practical demonstrations tailored to team needs.




- Create and maintain practical, scenario-based resources, playbooks and guidance that help teams confidently apply AI in their day-to-day work.
- Build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted advisor on Copilot capabilities and best practice.
- Support AI champion and community networks to drive engagement, knowledge sharing and capability uplift.
- Monitor emerging Copilot functionality, roadmap developments and feature releases, and translate these into practical learning content and guidance materials.
- Partner with Innovation, Technology and Change teams to support successful adoption and ongoing capability development.
- Measure capability uplift and learning effectiveness by gathering user feedback and assessing proficiency and skills gaps to continuously improve learning offerings.

About You

You'll bring:

- Experience designing and delivering learning, training or capability uplift programs in a technology, digital or AI environment.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, including agent capabilities with the ability to demonstrate practical business applications.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading engaging workshops, training sessions and demonstrations.
- A consultative approach to stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
- The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into relevant, outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Experience supporting technology adoption, behavioural change or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical and engaging way.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and drive AI adoption.




- Comfortable working in ambiguity and keeping content current in a fast-moving product environment.
