Lucas Total Contract Solutions (Lucas TCS) is seeking experienced Scraper Operators to join our growing Production team on FIFO mining and civil construction projects across South Australia.

These positions operate on a FIFO roster from Adelaide, with flights, accommodation and meals provided.

We are looking for skilled and safety-focused operators with proven scraper experience who take pride in their equipment and quality of work.

About the Role

As a Scraper Operator, you will be responsible for operating scraper equipment safely and efficiently across a range of mining and civil construction activities. You will work closely with site supervisors and other operators to ensure works are completed to a high standard while maintaining Lucas TCS's strong commitment to safety.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Have:

- Current Scraper Operator Ticket/Competency (essential)

- Proven experience operating CAT 623, 631 or 657 Scrapers

- Experience working in mining, earthmoving or large-scale civil construction environments

- Ability to work day and night shifts as required

- Commitment to FIFO rosters and remote site work

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Pride in maintaining equipment and high-quality work standards

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment





- Positive and proactive attitude with strong work ethic

- Current Driver's Licence (HR Licence advantageous)

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
