For more than 50 years, we’ve helped retailers across Australia create flexible, high-quality store environments. Our team designs and manufactures products locally at our Tingalpa facility, supplying retailers around the country.

We’re a growing, hands-on business where people have clear responsibilities, but everyone contributes to getting the customer’s order finished properly.

About the role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Storeperson to take ownership of the day-to-day receiving, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders from our Tingalpa facility.

Our orders aren't simply repetitive cartons moving through a large distribution centre. Different projects contain different products, finishes, components and hardware, so accuracy and practical judgement matter.

This role suits someone who enjoys being trusted to get on with the job. You’ll regularly work independently as well as alongside a small team, keep your area moving without needing constant direction, and recognise when something doesn’t look right before it becomes someone else’s problem.

The role has transparent ownership, but not rigid boundaries. When warehouse demand is quieter and production needs an extra pair of hands, you’ll work alongside our production team on trained practical tasks such as material handling, packaging, assembly or component finishing.

What you'll do

- Pick, check and pack customer orders accurately, including quantities, finishes, hardware,



packaging and labelling.

- Receive incoming goods, maintain stock accuracy and identify shortages, damage or discrepancies.

- Prepare dispatches, freight bookings and documentation, and load/unload trucks and containers.

- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely while keeping stock locations clean, organised and efficient.

- Assist our production team with trained hands-on tasks when warehouse workload allows.

What will make you a strong fit

- Previous warehouse, storeperson, pick/pack, dispatch or similar hands-on experience.

- A current LF Forklift licence and confidence operating warehouse equipment.

- You work accurately and methodically and tend to notice when something isn't quite right.

- You're comfortable working independently, but equally comfortable helping a small team wherever the day's priorities require it.

- You're reasonably confident with technology such as ERP/inventory systems, freight websites and basic Microsoft Office.

Salary: $32–$36 per hour + super, depending on experience.
