As Crew Lead for Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies, you’ll set the direction for a cross-functional crew responsible for change across a Murex-centred trading and risk ecosystem. You’ll translate the strategy of Global Markets and Commodities and Environmental Markets into prioritised product roadmaps, measurable outcomes and executable delivery plans.

In this influential leadership role, you will:

- Set the Crew’s vision, priorities and roadmap,



balancing growth, customer value, risk, resilience and platform sustainability.
- Lead, coach and develop senior Product Owners as empowered product leaders.
- Guide quarterly planning and delivery across multiple squads, managing priorities, dependencies, capacity, risks and impediments.
- Build trusted partnerships across Sales, Trading, Treasury, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology.
- Partner with Engineering Leaders to deliver secure, resilient and scalable solutions aligned with architecture standards.
- Enable strategic initiatives across Securities Financing, Electricity Markets, risk-management products and balance-sheet optimisation.
- Modernise the Murex platform, simplify workflows and improve front-to-back trade processing.
- Strengthen governance, operational readiness and the practical use of data, analytics and AI in decision-making.

You will bring:

- Significant experience as a senior Product Owner, Head of Product, Crew Lead or comparable product leader.
- Demonstrated success coaching experienced Product Owners and building accountable, engaged teams.
- Strong stakeholder leadership, including the ability to influence senior leaders and resolve competing priorities.




- Experience translating strategy into prioritised roadmaps, measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
- Experience leading multiple squads or a complex portfolio of cross-functional change.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and how Sales, Trading, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Technology interact.
- Strong capability in product discovery, prioritisation, agile delivery and outcome measurement.
- Experience with Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Rates, Commodities, Securities Financing, trading platforms or risk platforms will be valued. Murex experience is beneficial, but not essential.
