Followmont Transport is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Proserpine operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing branch performance, driving operational excellence and building a solid team culture while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Proserpine branch
- Driving safety, compliance and service performance
- Managing and developing a team across operations and freight handling
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Managing branch budgets, costs and operational performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business
- Supporting business development and strengthening local customer relationships
- Ensuring the branch continues to deliver outstanding service to the local community

What You'll Need

- Previous leadership experience in transport, logistics or operations management




- Strong understanding of transport operations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing people, performance and customer relationships
- Financial and commercial understanding, including budgets and cost control
- Forklift Licence
- HR Licence or willingness to obtain one
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead from the front and foster a positive team culture
