About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Driver to join our team based in Arndell Park on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries to ensure smooth department operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Loading, transporting, dispatching and delivering items to clients in a safe and timely manner.

- Plan the delivery or pickup route to ensure economical use of time and equipment.

- Ensure adherence to time schedules.

- Review orders before and after dispatch/delivery to ensure they are complete.

- Ensure delivery confirmations from each customer.

- Provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times.

- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.

- Ensure all documents relating to dispatch/deliveries are utilised.





- Conduct inspections of the vehicle before departing to deliver goods.

- Fuel vehicles as needed and perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, and refer defects or repairs to the supervisor.

- Assist with installations, equipment setup and minor repairs as required.

- Interstate and Regional travel as required.

Skills/Experience Required

- Proven experience as a delivery driver.

- Warehouse operations experience. Familiarity with warehouse systems and practices.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Dependable, reliable, punctual, with excellent personal presentation.

- Good communication skills (written and verbal).

- Good organisational and time management skills.

- Full Driver’s license.

- MR/HR Driver’s license.

- Valid forklift license.
