We're looking for final-year Engineering students and recent Engineering graduates (within two years of graduation) to join Komatsu's two-year Graduate Program, commencing in December 2026 in Welshpool, WA.

If you're ready to take what you've learned at university and put it into practice, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry experts and contribute to real projects from the beginning of your career.

Over two years, you'll complete a series of rotations designed to build your technical and commercial experience, broaden your understanding of our business and accelerate your development in an industry being transformed by technology.

Profile description:

What you could experience

As a Komatsu Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and disciplines, which may include:

- Contributing to engineering design and maintaining technical drawings and documentation
- Working on innovative solutions and technologies transforming the mining, construction and quarry industries
- Supporting machine and site safety evaluations, including risk assessments
- Exploring how AI,



machine learning and data analytics can improve equipment and site performance
- Supporting the optimisation of mining, quarry and construction operations
- Conducting market and industry research to inform future opportunities
- Contributing to the rollout of new technologies and high-impact projects
- Working alongside experienced engineers, technical specialists and leaders across the business

Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Are in your final year of an Engineering degree and due to graduate this year, preferably Mechanical Engineering; or
- Have completed your Engineering qualification within the past two years
- Are curious, motivated and keen to learn
- Enjoy solving problems and turning ideas into practical solutions
