About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Campaign and Content Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering Keystart's integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to implementation and review. You will turn agreed marketing priorities into well-planned campaigns, bringing together target audiences, propositions, messaging, channels, creative, agencies, budgets and approvals to deliver against defined objectives.

This is a campaign-led role, with the majority of your focus on end-to-end campaign delivery. You will also bring strong copywriting and content capability to support customer journeys and campaign execution across paid and owned channels. Working closely with our Brand and Creative Specialist, Digital Performance Specialist and agency partners, you will help ensure campaigns are effectively executed, measured and continually improved.

What you'll be responsible for:

Integrated Campaign Planning and Delivery

- Planning, coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, product and proposition launches and significant customer communication initiatives from brief through to implementation and review.

- Translating agreed marketing priorities, customer insights and business requirements into clear campaign briefs, including objectives, target audiences, propositions, key messages, channel requirements, deliverables and success measures.

- Managing campaign plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets and approvals to ensure activity is delivered on time, on brand and against agreed objectives.

Campaign Execution and Stakeholder Management

- Coordinating creative, content, media, digital activity and internal requirements across the campaign lifecycle.

- Working closely with internal specialists and external creative, media and digital agencies to ensure campaigns are integrated and effectively executed across channels.

- Managing stakeholder and agency inputs, feedback and approvals, including legal, compliance and business review processes, while identifying delivery risks early and driving actions to resolve them.





Campaign Performance and Optimisation

- Establishing clear campaign objectives and success measures as part of the campaign planning process.

- Working with the Digital Performance Specialist to monitor campaign performance and leading post-campaign reviews.

- Using customer, channel and performance insights to identify practical recommendations that improve future campaign activity.

Content and Customer Communications

- Developing clear, engaging and customer-focused campaign copy and content across website, email, social media, digital and campaign collateral, while maintaining Keystart's tone of voice, accessibility and brand standards.

- Supporting the delivery and optimisation of customer communications across the customer journey, including email, CRM journeys, website and social media.

- Coordinating segmentation, testing and measurement requirements with relevant specialists to ensure communications are timely, relevant and integrated with broader campaign activity.

About You

You are an experienced, hands-on marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action. You are highly organised, commercially and customer minded, comfortable coordinating multiple campaigns and stakeholders, and confident taking ownership from brief through to delivery and review.

You will bring:

- Around five years' relevant experience in integrated campaign, marketing or communications roles, supported by a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels from brief through to delivery, measurement and review.

- The ability to translate business objectives and customer insights into clear audiences, propositions, campaign messages, channel requirements and actionable briefs.

- Strong planning and delivery capability, with experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets, stakeholders, deadlines, dependencies and approvals concurrently.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working effectively with creative, media and digital agencies.

- Excellent written communication, copywriting and editing skills,



with the ability to simplify complex information and tailor messages for different audiences.

- The ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify meaningful insights and turn learnings into practical recommendations.

- Sound judgement, attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risks, solving problems and improving ways of working.
