We seek a well presented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, who enjoys property management and is determined to succeed, to join Dream Homes team. This is an opportunity to work as part of a friendly, customer-centric and professional team with focus on highly satisfied customer service.

The role will be to manage a residential and commercial portfolio of properties, predominately located in the Western suburbs.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

· Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate

· Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management

· Have a ‘can do’ attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile for customers

· Have a high level of organisational skills with an attention to detail

· Enjoy working within a quick-paced team environment

· Be prepared to work in culture that values trust, industry knowledge, reliability & pro-activity

· Have current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable car

· Have experience in Administration role

· Ability to prepare comprehensive reports





You will require a high level of skills in:

· Preparing and executing listing presentations to clients

· Maintaining and updating database of prospective clients

· List properties and prepare marketing campaigns.

· Strong negotiation skills

· Conducting open for inspections

· Routine inspections

· Entries and Exits Reports

· Arrears management

· Repairs & maintenance management

· MS Office products

· Prospect to seek new rental management listings

· Previous experience in Property Tree, My Desktop, RP Data essential

· Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
