EOI - Track Technician

Roster: Various Rosters FIFO ex. Perth or Local to Port Hedland

Location: Port Hedland - Redmont

Employment Type: Temp - Ongoing

About the role
As a Track Technician, you will assist with the upkeep and repair of rail track infrastructure. You will be responsible for following all safety procedures, maintaining a strong focus on safety, and supporting the team to ensure track operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Skills & experience

- Proven experience as Track Maintenance Technician
- Current valid WA driver’s license
- Cert II Rail Infrastructure
- HR and 4WD Licences and plant tickets (desirable)
- Strong safety focus and team attitude

Duties & responsibilities

- Inspect tracks, sleepers, ballast and turnouts
- Complete rail replacement and sleeper change-outs
- Repair rail fastenings and track defects
- Report defects and support emergency response




- Assist with derailment recovery when required
