About us

Vadals is a family-owned Australian company, situated at Richlands, which supplies goods and packaging to the food industry.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Order Picker / Fill-In MR Truck Driver to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong warehouse experience, high reach forklift skills, and the flexibility to assist with truck driving duties when required.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

· Monday to Friday day shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm

· Varied warehouse and fill-in truck driving role

· Forklift licence and MR truck licence required

· Training provided for RF gun and order picking machine operation if needed

The Role

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Operate forklifts, including high reach forklifts, safely and confidently.

· Use warehouse systems and equipment to support accurate order fulfilment.

· Assist with loading and unloading trucks, including manual handling where required.

· Carry out fill-in MR truck driving duties when required.

· Check incoming and outgoing stock against delivery paperwork.

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.





· Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

What You’ll Need

· Current forklift licence.

· High reach forklift experience.

· Previous order picking experience.

· RF gun experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

· Order picking machine experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

· Current MR truck licence.

· Previous truck driving experience.

· Good language, communication, and mathematical skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Own reliable transport to and from work.

· Robust attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and safety.
