Are you someone who loves being out and about rather than stuck behind a desk? Belle Property Armadale is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Officer to join our Property Management team. In this part-time role, you'll be the eyes on the ground for a portfolio of approximately 890 properties, conducting routine inspections, spotting maintenance and compliance issues before they become bigger problems, and keeping our Property Managers informed so they can focus on what they do best: looking after our clients.

What you'll be doing

● Conducting routine property inspections and entry condition reports, Tuesday to Thursday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rostered basis

● Coordinating and scheduling inspections directly with renters

● Preparing detailed inspection reports with photos, notes and clear categorisation of any issues

● Identifying maintenance issues, damage,



safety concerns and potential tenancy breaches

● Following up on outstanding maintenance to make sure repairs get actioned

● Keeping Property Managers and, where needed, owners in the loop on inspection outcomes

● Checking properties meet minimum rental standards

What you'll bring

● A current Agents Representative (or willingness to obtain one)

● A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

● Sharp attention to detail and confident report writing

● Strong time management, you're comfortable planning your own day in the field

● Clear communication skills, written and verbal

● A proactive, no-fuss approach to problem-spotting
