Job Description

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled to join our team for a 12-month parental leave cover, based in St Leonards, NSW, with hybrid working arrangements. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across aged care, nursing and allied health roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You will drive sourcing strategies, manage assessments and interviews, and ensure background checks and compliance are smoothly completed.
