Murrell Freight Services is looking for hands‐on Wash Bay Operators to join its team in Unanderra.

n

This is a full‐time day shift position working Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm.

n

You'll help keep Murrell's truck and trailer fleet clean, professional and ready for work. From time to time, you'll also clean plant equipment and machinery.

n

About the Wash Bay Operator Role

n

As a Wash Bay Operator, you'll play an important role in maintaining the presentation of Murrell Freight Services' fleet.

n





Your main responsibility will be washing and cleaning trucks and trailers. However, the work may also include plant equipment and other machinery.

n

Attention to detail is important. After all, maintaining a professional fleet starts in the wash bay.

n

Your duties will include:

- Washing and cleaning trucks
n
- Cleaning trailers and transport equipment
n
- Washing plant and machinery when required
n
- Following established cleaning procedures
n
- Maintaining high fleet presentation standards
n
- Keeping the wash bay clean and organised
n
- Supporting general site housekeeping
n
- Following company policies and procedures
n
- Working safely around vehicles and equipment
n
- Completing daily handovers to the afternoon shift
n
- Working towards daily schedules and deadlines
n

n

Most importantly, you'll help ensure the fleet leaves the yard looking clean and professional.

In addition, occasional overtime may become available.
