This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join an established Perth accounting and advisory firm where you'll have genuine client ownership, direct Partner exposure and a clear pathway towards Manager.

n

You'll manage a quality portfolio of SME and privately owned clients while developing your skills across Business Services, Tax and Advisory.

n

This is a role for someone who wants more than simply processing compliance work — you'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, contribute to advisory conversations and progressively take on greater responsibility.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of SME and privately owned clients.
n
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, BAS and IAS.
n
- Build solid, long‐term relationships with clients.
n
- Act as a key point of contact across your client portfolio.
n
- Assist with tax planning and broader business advisory matters.
n
- Work directly with Managers and Partners on more complex client matters.
n




- Review work completed by junior accountants and support their development.
n
- Identify opportunities to provide clients with broader accounting and advisory solutions.
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in Australian public practice accounting.
n
- Strong Business Services and Tax experience.
n
- Experience managing or working with a portfolio of clients.
n
- CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing towards completion.
n
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
n
- Confident communication and client relationship skills.
n
- Someone who wants to continue developing towards a Manager-level role.
n
