Job Description

UTS College is seeking a Student Finance Adviser to join the Operations team in Sydney. You will provide information and resolve issues related to student fees, handling enquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

You will manage invoicing, fee adjustments and refunds, liaise across departments, and support enrolment processes while complying with ESOS and college policies. A solid customer-service mindset and technical proficiency are essential.
