Job Description

Hunter Current England Local Health District seeks a School-Link Coordinator to strengthen links between schools and CAMHS in Greater Newcastle. This senior role requires autonomous work across complex environments, focusing on system-wide improvements and effective collaboration.

You will lead partnerships, advise schools on pathways, mediate between sectors, and support early identification and referrals to improve outcomes for young people.
