The Role
n
As an Area Manager you will:
n
n
- Lead and mentor Centre Directors to deliver strong outcomes in education, operations, and compliance.
n
- Manage performance across multiple centres, including budgets, occupancy, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Support services in maintaining high‐quality ratings under the National Quality Framework.
n
- Embed Child Safe Standards into everyday practice and culture.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with our Pedagogy & Practice Leader.
n
- Foster positive relationships with families, team members, community partners, and regulatory authorities.
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who's ready for an exciting journey. You'll bring:
n
n
- A minimum Diploma of Children's Services.
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
n
- Excellent mentoring skills.
n
- Great written and verbal communication abilities.
n
- Confidence in building relationships with families and the community.
n
- Work with Children's check and current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis.
n
