Job Description

BaptistCare in Australia is seeking an experienced People Insights & Engagement Partner to lead employee listening and workforce insights across the organisation. In this role, you will design and deliver engagement programs, analyse workforce insights and provide evidence-based recommendations that support organisational decision‐making and employee experience outcomes.
