WearecurrentlyrepresentingaNationalTier2/3 commercialbuilderinSydney, they'reseekingamotivatedandenthusiasticContractAdministratortojointheirhard-workingteamonprojectsbetweentypically$10M-$100M.Sites in Sydneymetarea.

ThisrolereportstotheSPMandConstructionManager,workingcloselytogethertoachievethebusiness'sstrategicgoalsandobjectivesandcontributingto
thesuccessoffutureprojects.

Asakeymemberoftheteam,you'llfindyourselfimmersedinasupportiveandcollaborativeworkenvironment,withaPMandsiteteamsnecessaryfortheprojects.Ourclientpridesitselfontheirreputationforqualitydelivery,theyhavebuiltareputationasareliableHeadContractorinthe$10M-$100Mspace,typicallyacrossEducationandgovernmentsectors.

Keyresponsibilities

- Negotiatingwithsubcontractors
- Processinginvoices&chasingpayment;
- Subcontractvariations
- Tenderreviewdrawings
- Lettingpackages
- PuttingtogetherScopeofWorks

Skills&Experience;





- Arelevantconstructiondegreeortradebackground
- Atleast3-years’experienceworkingasaContractAdministrator
- CompetentuserofJobpacandallotherMicrosoftpackages
- Goodattitude,eagernesstolearnandinitiative
