Job Description

Visy is recruiting for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on trades and maintenance across Australia and New Zealand. You will own end-to-end recruitment, work with hiring managers to define roles, and build pipelines to meet current and future trades demand.

The role requires experience in skilled trades recruitment, rapid-paced delivery, and a strong ability to collaborate with site leaders while ensuring EBAs and awards compliance. Hybrid work with field and office time.
