Job Description

Uniting Country SA in Port Augusta seeks a Men's Practitioner to deliver culturally protected, trauma-aware and healing-informed support for Aboriginal men and families. You will provide case management, practical assistance, advocacy and warm referrals to strengthen wellbeing and family connections.

You will engage with communities, Elders and partners to coordinate care, develop healing plans, and promote safe, respectful family relationships within a country-wide context.
