About the Role

n

The Underground Shift Supervisor is responsible to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across our project. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of underground mining processes, with a commitment to safety.

- Location: Goldfields region, WA

- Roster: 7:7 (alternate Days and Nights) OR 14:14 (Days and Nights)

- Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality
n
- Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
n
- Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers
n
- Drive reliability and continuous improvement
n
- Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
n
- Be able to monitor your crews' competencies and training requirements.
n
- Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
n
- WA Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate (Essential).
n
- Valid manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence (Essential).
n
- Shotfirers Licence, Dangerous Good Security Card and Senior First Aid Certificate (Essential).
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
n
- Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations.
n
