We're looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Store & Assistant Manager to lead our new Rouse Hill store opening soon! What you will do

n

Lead, motivate and inspire your team

n

Actively drive your team to achieve and exceed store sales budgets and KPI's

n

Staff rostering

n

Stock management and loss prevention

n





Foster a positive team environment through training and development

n

What you will need

n

+2 years experience in a retail leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs

n

Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor a team to reach their full potential

n

Excellent communication skills and personal presentation

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment

n

Available to work 38 hours per week over a 5 day roster
