We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Warringah. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.

What you'll be doing

- Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets
n
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service
n
- Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards
n
- Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
n
- Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements
n
- Ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented concession environment
n

About You

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail
n




- Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results
n
- Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
n
- Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing experiences
n
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working in a department store/concession environment
n
