Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is seeking a dedicated Community Worker to join the Adult Community Services team in Hawthorn. This part time role (32.5 hours per week) runs Monday to Friday, 8:45am–3:15pm, offering $36.22 per hour plus superannuation.

The worker will support Autistic adults to increase independence and life skills within a person-centred framework. Responsibilities include facilitating social participation, building skills, and assisting access to community services, while
