DTRH Wines Pty Ltd (Down The Rabbit Hole Wines) in McLaren Vale, SA, is seeking an experienced Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen team on a permanent full time basis. The role covers our Italian-inspired restaurant and vineyard dining, with responsibilities across service, pasta, pizza and seasonal dishes.

You will manage a kitchen section, perform mise en place, ensure food safety, mentor juniors, and collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality meals seven days a week.
